Called 2/18 to schedule an appt to have my garage serviced. Appt was scheduled for 2/19 between 4pm-6pm and I was told someone would contact me when they were on their way. No one ever showed and I didn’t hear from anyone. I called the company at 5:46pm to see what was happening with the appt and was told they didn’t see anything for me. Sad to say, I’d never try to use this company again. *2/20 update: I have to come back and update my review. After leaving my review on 2/19, I got a call from the owner Austin not even an hr after I posted the review! He was so nice and so apologetic about the mishap of my appt not being confirmed. I’d already scheduled another appt. with another company for today so we left it at that. Unexpectedly, Mr. Austin followed up with me again today to ensure I’d been taken care of and to extend apologies again. I let him know the other company had come out and had repaired my garage. To my surprise, Mr. Austin offered to cover the cost of what I incurred from the OTHER company to make things right. Speechless!!!! Customer Service at its finest! He didn’t have to do it but I’m extremely grateful! Do business with people who care! God bless Mr. Austin and his company!
