Very satisfied with my experience with Precision Garage Doors of Birmingham. Scheduling was a breeze via their online portal. My technician, Marvin, showed up right on time. Communication ahead of time was great so I knew exactly when to be ready and what to expect. The cost was reasonable, especially as I had recently received a quote from another local company that was 2x the cost for the same service! Marvin was extremely professional, courteous, and efficient. Our garage door is working perfect now! I will definitely be using Precision Garage Doors again!

Very prompt and professional. The company communicated everything from scheduling to estimates. Kevin was the first technician we met. He was the one that sold my mom her new door. He was very upfront and honest about the cost and the process. The technician that installed the door was Marvin. He was so nice, a complete professional and went above and beyond. Her garage was cleaner when he left than when he got there. I would recommend them to anyone needing anything to do with a garage door.

For starters my timeslot was between 8am and 10am. Just before 8 I received a call from Marvin the Technician that he would arrive around 8:20. Just as I was hoping. Very professional but laid back at the same time. Left it all to Marvin from that point. Quoted me what it was going to cost and was complete within the hour I believe. We are about to put the house on the market, garage door breaks out of nowhere.. on a tight budget at moment and just needing fixed what broke. That was never a problem, checked everything else changed the wires in the unit. Kept our cost at a minimum. Cleaned up after complete, easy transaction. We did appreciate the text prior to visit on who would be coming to the house, how long with the company and little bit about him and his family. Very personable. Great work guys, recommend to anyone needed garage door repair or installation
