Jeffrey Baldwin was the technician that came out to replace a broken spring and cable on garage door. He was very polite and took time to answer my multitude of questions so I could make decisions on the repairs needed and also recommended (going ahead and replacing other spring). He was meticulous and worked quickly, repeatedly opening and closing the door after replacements were made, making adjustments as needed to be sure I was pleased with his work. He cleaned up the area when done. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend his services to others.
