The technician arrived on time and was courteous and knowledgeable. He inspected the doors and gave me a estimate for the work to be preformed. He was able to complete the job quickly and now both doors are working perfectly.

I called on Saturday morning after discovering a spring had broken on my garage door. Precision came out that afternoon and repaired the door in a quick and professional manner. I really appreciated the quick response as I expected to have my car stuck in the garage for the weekend.

Best experience possible! Kenny was a huge help repairing my garage door and selling me a new one. I honestly purchased the new door only because I liked Kenny. Super knowledgeable guy and very professional.He made the entire experience effortless. Paul installed my door the very next day. I was very impressed with Paul's attention to detail.Down to cleaning the door and making sure weather seals were tight, I really feel He went above and beyond what He had to. He did an excellent job installing the door and was very clean. I will never use anyone but precision door because of people like Kenny and Paul.

Jeremy did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and profession able. He also had all his supplies and tools available allowing him to perform the necessary repairs and adjustments on site the first trip. Definitely five star service.
