I called Precision Garage Door Service with an emergency. My garage door was stuck in the half-way position. I went into panic mode because I had to pick up my son from work at 9 pm that night. The customer service agent heard my distress. He reached out to the local office and assured me that I would receive a call shortly. Madison called within 10 minutes to arrange for a technician to come out to release the garage door. Within 15 minutes, Matthew was there to release the garage door. I am so thankful and grateful to Matthew for coming after hours and taking care of my garage door dilemma. I called and did not expect them to come the same day. Just 2 hours later, Precision came and checked everything out and told me what was wrong. I ok'd the work and the guy was done in about 2-3 hours after replacing everything except the garage door itself. Very nice and was very good at his job.
