I put one star because it was required that I did so, otherwise there wouldn't be any star on this rating. I cancelled my order of three rollup doors for our storage facility. The representative that measured the doors couldn't give me any clear options of doors to choose from. Thus, I asked him to match ones I had ordered from Precision years before. Several days later when I had to call to find out what was happening with my order and get a delivery schedule, I then found out that the doors he sold me took at least 8 weeks and are hard to get. No one from sales ever offered to show me what products they had available and times of delivery so that I could make an informed decision and purchase three doors. The lack of professionalism in customer service and obvious lack of viable product available from Precision Door made me cancel my order. Even then no one followed up questioning why I had abruptly pulled my order. It would have been good to know ahead of time that storage doors are not part of your products or service. I am truly baffled how you stay in business.

The entire experience from sales to installation was excellent. All of the employees we interacted with were professional and happy to answer all of our questions. Cameron and his assistant arrived on time and their workmanship and work ethic was outstanding as they installed the new door and tracks. The quality of this Haas Miami Dade County Wind Load door is amazing. Cameron explained the programming of the keypad and programmed our vehicles. One of the attaching brackets for one of our doors broke away. Precision scheduled an appointment within 2 days and Precision technician arrived right in the window we were told. The repair was completed within 1 hour and he also provided us with a quote we could consider that would replace the door. Our current doors are nearly 25 years old and may need replacing. We are considering the quotes for replacement.

They completed the installation of a Liftmaster 8500W opener and replacement of rollers, spring, cable and cable drums in a very timely and workmanship manner. The Liftmaster was linked to my home WiFi. All features and safety features were thoroughly explained. Finally, my car was synchronized to the opener. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

I scheduled an at home estimate and the technician that was sent was very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to evaluate my current door as well as ask me what I was looking for before we talked about the options. He gave me time to ask questions on each of the options and he made his recommendations. I was impressed and felt informed to make a decision which was made on that same day. The office staff called multiple times to keep me updated on the status of my order, arrival of my order, and worked with me to get my new door installed. The team that arrived to install my door were prompt, professional, and had my new door installed in a couple of hours. Very pleased with my new door which moves much smoother and completely closes with no gaps to let rain or insects in. The process was easy and given my experience with them from start to finish was well worth it!!!
