I called them to tell me what was wrong with my garage door not opening or closing. Upon arrival I had disengaged the cord to manually lift the door because it had stopped working. For some reason when they got there and re-engaged it the door started working again. Making me look really stupid LOL however upon examination of the cord that lifts the door one side was frayed and about to snap. So it was a good thing I called them. After examining the rollers come to find out my bearings were also bad. So I had them replaced those also. I like how they bring a full service vehicle so you don't have to make another appointment to get some work done. They completed the job on the spot and it only took not even an hour. I believe it was a reasonable price also. And the tech was very professional and polite. I really appreciate the quality service and on the spot repairs.

We were stuck in our house during a power outage when we discovered the spring on our garage door was broken. He showed us parts of our 20 year old door that were close to also failing and replaced them at the same time, saving us from future issues and having to need more calls soon! We were extremely impressed with his professionalism and never felt pressured to do anything beyond what we called about, but we were extremely pleased to have him inspect the whole door and not just do a quick fix. We were initially attracted to Precision Garage Door when we saw their listing online, and that they're veteran owned, and we were so impressed by the entire process, from communication and speed to quality of work.
