We were stuck in our house during a power outage when we discovered the spring on our garage door was broken. Even though it was a weekend, Luke with Precision Garage Door Service came out and fixed our door, and made sure there was no other damage. He showed us parts of our 20 year old door that were close to also failing and replaced them at the same time, saving us from future issues and having to need more calls soon! We were extremely impressed with his professionalism and never felt pressured to do anything beyond what we called about, but we were extremely pleased to have him inspect the whole door and not just do a quick fix. We were initially attracted to Precision Garage Door when we saw their listing online, and that they're veteran owned, and we were so impressed by the entire process, from communication and speed to quality of work.

Luke was great - very professional and fast and took the time to ensure everything was programmed and working perfectly before he left. He even responded to a Sunday morning follow up question.
