I called Precison Door , I had a leaking garage door seal and like to have it repaired before the next storm. Their service man was out in less than an hour, was able to replace the rubber seal and had more ideas to help with leaks. They did a great job and would definitely use them again.

Price is a little high but they come out quick, use quality parts, and didn't leave with any wonder that you got scammed. Excellent service from Justin at Precision Garage Door Service of Northwest Arkansas. Justin repaired a broken spring on one of our garage doors. We also requested he replaced both springs on both doors. He also upgraded all the rollers and inspected the tracks to ensure everything was in proper working order. Justin was very kind and respectful to my wife, took the time to explain the work accomplished and how to properly maintain the doors going forward. He recommended the correct lubricant and lubricant intervals to keep everything functioning smoothly long-term. Justin clearly takes pride in his work and made sure everything was done the right way.
