I saw an emphasis in your ad on garage door repair which is what I needed. Precision was really prompt at getting me fixed up. The technicians were very polite and seemed very well trained. They were able to diagnose and fix my problem quickly. I would have bet money that they would have to order parts, but they had everything they needed so I was back to normal soon. I would give Precision Garage doors a 5 star rating. The technician that did the repairs on my garage door was Travis Hernandez. After I called and scheduled the appointment, Travis followed up with a call to let me know exactly what time he would be arriving. As soon as he arrived, he went straight to work give me a assessment of what need to be fixed on my garage. He was very detailed and explained and showed me what had happened. He went over several options of what need to be done. After I picked the service I wanted, Travis went straight to work with his repairs. He was very fast and friendly and completed the good very quick. He is a very good Technician. I am a business owner myself, and I know it’s very hard to find good people to represent your company. But Travis did a excellent good at doing this.

We discovered a broken spring on a Sunday night. After placing several no-answer calls to companies recommended by neighbors we decided to try Precision. In a few minutes we were scheduled for service first thing Monday morning. The tech (Ron) was very knowledgable and professional. Our door is extra large and heavy so he had to calculate the correct spring combination for our situation. After installation he adjusted balance, travel and force to make sure everything was working perfectly. Precision is your one stop shop for all overhead needs and I can’t say enough good things about them. I called at 1400 because our garage door stopped working and John and Travis were at the house within an hour. They provided multiple options to best fit our budget, and were nothing but professional about everything that needed to be done. Precision was called late on a Thursday night and they came out Friday morning at 8AM to repair the garage door. The service man Dayton was very profession about checking the door completely over and recommended repairing both cables on the door. He replace both cables, tightened, and lubricated the rolls. Very good work at very reasonable prices! If you need repair on your garage door, I highly recommend Precision to do the work!
