Drew explained the problem clearly and provided us with three options for our consideration. I also appreciate the quick 24 hour service! He did a quick fix to allow the door to be used as necessary until our new door is installed. My only suggestion so far is I wish the new door would arrive sooner than the expected 4-6 weeks!

Great company and products. The service is exceptional and timely. I had a bad exterior punch pad and called in for service. They responded within hours and replaced the bad unit after troubleshooting the operation. Great turnaround.
