I called them to tell me what was wrong with my garage door not opening or closing. Upon arrival I had disengaged the cord to manually lift the door because it had stopped working. For some reason when they got there and re-engaged it the door started working again. Making me look really stupid LOL however upon examination of the cord that lifts the door one side was frayed and about to snap. So it was a good thing I called them. After examining the rollers come to find out my bearings were also bad. So I had them replaced those also. I like how they bring a full service vehicle so you don't have to make another appointment to get some work done. They completed the job on the spot and it only took not even an hour. I believe it was a reasonable price also. And the tech was very professional and polite. I really appreciate the quality service and on the spot repairs.
