From the very beginning, I was impressed. Before David even pulled into the driveway, I received a text with his photo and bio. That might seem small, but it completely changed the tone of the experience. It built instant trust. I knew who was coming to my home. I knew his background. I knew I wasn’t just getting “whoever was available.” And then — they showed up early. Not “on time.” Early. In a world where we’re all used to waiting inside during some vague four-hour window, that alone felt like a win. David’s communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. Clear. Calm. This is my second time having to reach out for garage door repairs- While I’m not excited about spending money on repairing a garage door, having the folks at Precision respond timely, diagnosis the problem accurately (the first time) provide me with a detailed estimate, have everything they need to complete the repairs on their first trip, and complete the repairs in a professional and timely manner is worth every dime !! Wouldn’t even think of calling anyone else - Additionally, their online appointment system let me get in the queue for First Thing Monday with a Sunday morning request! All Around GREAT experience!

Justin was very professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. He explained everything well and also gave us advice how to maintain the garage door to extend its life. I would highly recommend Justin.

I called them to tell me what was wrong with my garage door not opening or closing. Upon arrival I had disengaged the cord to manually lift the door because it had stopped working. For some reason when they got there and re-engaged it the door started working again. Making me look really stupid LOL however upon examination of the cord that lifts the door one side was frayed and about to snap. So it was a good thing I called them. After examining the rollers come to find out my bearings were also bad. So I had them replaced those also. I like how they bring a full service vehicle so you don't have to make another appointment to get some work done. They completed the job on the spot and it only took not even an hour. I believe it was a reasonable price also. And the tech was very professional and polite. I really appreciate the quality service and on the spot repairs.
