I called at 7:15 am, and a Tech was there by 8:10! Bryce did a great job explaining what needed to be done and why. He cleaned up his stuff, and was done in a little over an hour. I appreciated his professionalism and friendliness - even to my dog that wouldn't stop barking at him! Precision will be my go to door repair going forward!

service was good but charged 2 times more than other companies will not do business again charge $65 for $5 dollar bearing paid $800 for $300 service

This was just an inspection to see why the opener was acting erratically at times... the tech thought it might have been a little dust or lint on the two glass 'thingies' at the door bottom.. door seems to be working good at this time. Tech. Michael was very professional as was Luis the other time. Thank you.
