I called with a problem with our garage not shutting properly. I called precision door and they said they would have someone out the next morning between 8am and 10 am. At 815 I got a call from your technician Benny that he would arrive in a few minutes. When he arrived he found the issue and fixed it. Benny was very friendly and professional. I was a month out of warranty but was fixed at no charge. I would highly recommend Precision Door. Thank you for your prompt service

I have worked with Precision in the past so I call them again regarding my door opener. My transmitter went out and I was advised by another company that I needed a complete new unit. I called Precision to get a second opinion. Michael Avila came out to assess the situation and he was able calibrate just a new transmitter for me. He was kind and honest. When I do replace the motor I will definitely call Precision and ask for Michael!

Better yet no stars Tech came out on Sept 28 opened my garage did an estimate to replace door took a 250 dollar deposit and I never heard from them again other than a conversation with a rude woman who was going to have the door division call me back, no one ever called.
