Our immediate need was to replace a broken spring, but when Mario arrived I asked what could be done to reduce the noise of the old screw-drive opener. He clearly explained our options and the cost. In addition to the spring, we ended up with a new belt-drive opener and rollers. We're very happy with the results. Scheduling was prompt and smooth, and Mario provided excellent service.

I asked the tech to adjust the torsion springs. He refused to do the job, instead to do estimate for $1400 to replace this and that. After I said no, he want me to paid $49.95 service charge without doing anything. Not honest person. beware!

It costed me $49.99 just to have them come out and confirm what I thought the problem was, then decided to tell me they don't have parts and do Not service my brand "Guardian" . The part is only $50-$75. They Do Not screen the calls at the call center and ask what brand of motor you have so they can sell you a new one from them... Very disappointing, if my part is only about $75 why would I spend $900 on a whole new motor??? I don't feel like I should have had to pay the $49.99 to come out then since they don't even service my brand! I should have been asked what brand I have before making my appointment, it was a waste of my time and my money all for Nothing!! Although the technician was very pleasant and professional, overall, I am extremely disappointed!

We had the original garage door from 1941! I chose Precision from reviews listed and from a couple of contractors recommending them. Our new garage door arrived as promised the installer Solomon arrived as scheduled and installed the door beautifully. Also, Al our estimator/Salesperson came by to check on our door. You may pay a little more money, but you will receive professional installation and a quality product.

I am limited by 5 stars. I would have given Brandon more if I could. My garage door was not going all the way down. It would start to go down then immediately go back up. I called and the technician was able to come the next day. Brandon diagnosed the problem and replaced my rollers and electric eye. Garage door fixed. But wait, there's more! He cleaned the button on the wall switch that always stuck, realigned the door so it didn't slam closed and gave me a suggestion on lightbulbs to brighten up my garage. Do not hesitate on calling Precision Garage! I am one happy camper.

Same day service was important. Dispatcher Derek was very friendly, welcoming, informative, and straightforward in my evening call. He added extra notes to try to assure that the technician would hopefully be able to respond earlier the next day than the available 4 hour slot otherwise provided. The technician Tim did in fact show up at about 11am, which was great for my daily schedule. Discount offered in Yellow Pages ad was helpful. Tim was terrific. He diagnosed the problem, checked out the broken spring, made sure the door and door opener were working fine, and provided a clear description of the repairs needed and some options for service. We agreed on the desired course and he finished the work in about 40 minutes, well within the hour he initially estimated. He was personable, inspired confidence, knew his trade, and was very easy to deal with. I would use Precision again without hesitation. Great job overall.

Brandon was fast and efficient, arrived when expected. He worked on two garage doors for our duplex; each had a different issue. He fixed the infrared sensors on ours, cleaned connectors and installed 2 light bulbs. He also sold us two brand-new remotes. The other door was aligned properly, with some minor repair. Result is that both door openers work like new! Brandon was friendly and professional - AND he gave us a $25. discount on the service call! We will recommend Precision Door Service to our friends and neighbors.
