    THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME CALLING THIS COMPANY. THE LADY ANSWERING THE PHONE TO THE INSTALLATION PERSON SHANE MARONE WERE EXCELLENT TO DEAL WITH. THEY EVEN OFFERED TO COME OUT THAT SAME DAY. THE NEXT DAY SHANE CAME AND TOLD ME THAT THE SPRING HAD BROKEN AND THAT IS WHAT WAS CAUSING MY PROBLEM. HE GAVE ME SEVERAL CHOICES TO CHOSE AND I PICKED ONE AND HE HAD A COMPLETE DOOR OPENING UNIT INSTALLED IN 3-4 HOURS. VERY GLAD THAT I CALLED PRECISION.
