It was determined that the opener was not operating correctly and in order to address my concerns regarding noise and functionality of the unit, the company quickly received approval from the branch manager to replace the chain driven opener with a belt driven unit. Danny replaced the opener on Saturday, just a few days later, at no additional expense to me.
