We called precision just to get a tuneup with James because our door had not been closing properly. He came out and did that and then we decided it needed a new motor and other things. We are so glad that we did that and Mason was very courteous and efficient. The door is very quiet and our light hadn’t worked for years! It no longer has a chain and it is now belt driven. We couldn’t be happier with the work and with precision. Would definitely recommend them.

My door was not operating properly. It didn't always close, or would close part of the way and then "clunk" and go back up. It was noisy and did not operate smoothly. I was able to book my appointment online for the desired time and day. The tech arrived within the 4 hour window and I was notified by text message that he was on his way, and it included his name and a picture of who to expect. Shane was knowledgeable and gave me options to choose from for the service(s) needed. Once I approved the quote he was able to complete the job on the spot. My door works perfectly now.

Danny was very helpful in answering my questions. He certainly knew what he was doing and did it well. The door comes down so quietly!! Happy customer!!

My garage door springs broke on New Years Day and I was so impressed with the fast response Precision did on a Holiday!!! They answered the phone and had a repairman out within an hour! Nick did a great job and completed the repair in less than an hour!
