Their call center was able to arrange for a service call the following morning. Since the technician was unable to repair my 29 year old garage door, he suggested a consultation with Precision’s Door Designer to look at options that same day. Arrangements were made to replace both the door and garage door opener ASAP with a comparable chain drive opener. I was impressed that he could arrange for this replacement in just 2 days. Over the weekend, I noticed that the opener was quite noisy and didn’t seem to be functioning properly. Precision Garage Door quickly arranged for Danny, one of their highly experienced, knowledgeable, and expert technicians to evaluate the issues on the following Wednesday. It was determined that the opener was not operating correctly and in order to address my concerns regarding noise and functionality of the unit, the company quickly received approval from the branch manager to replace the chain driven opener with a belt driven unit. Danny replaced the opener on Saturday, just a few days later, at no additional expense to me.
