Precision garage was fast, friendly, and I feel very reasonable for a tortion spring replacement, new rollers, and checkup. I would highly recommend using them.

Hi, first off I’d really like to thank the driver that came out. He was very professional and fun to work with. Secondly, we had a problem with the second spring. The mounting tab that hooks to the wall to secure the spring broke and they had to have another spring brought out so they lost a good hour or more waiting but in that time we made a breakfast so he was very happy with that, but I would like to say I was capable of doing the job myself probably And I think $800 to put in two springs and take 30 or 40 minutes is way overpriced and I wish I would’ve just done it myself. I think that’s a ridiculous price for two springs so at any rate thank you guys any questions give me a call

I was given a window of 4 hours. That’s fine, but when they don’t show up for 6 hours, not ok. Especially because no one communicated with me . I had an appointment to be at , and had to reach out twice on status.

I wasn't sure what to expect. Sebastian Dominguez showed up on time with a positive and friendly attitude. As he walked me through the process regarding my door, I was a little overwhelmed. However, with his expertise, he made me feel comfortable that I had made the right choice. Sebastian came over in the evening with the same smile and positive after working all day. His dedication and work ethic were above excellent. After the work was completed, my garage door was so quiet. With the new motor, I can rest assured that I won't have any problems. It's hard in today's society to find honest, hardworking people. Sebastian is definitely an asset to this company. If I ever need help or have questions, I'll gladly reach out to him.
