We dealt with Matt originally on the purchase of the door and then with Joe and Kolten on the installation phase. All three were very friendly, informative and courteous. We ran into a few small issues during installation and Joe and Kolten attempted to address them and explain them to the best of their abilities while remaining patient and respectful. I will address these issues with the company in the very near future and am confident they will be dealt with appropriately. The door is absolutely beautiful and obviously very high quality construction.

The one panel of glass that was broken by the service man has been replaced from when he installed the inserts. Now we are missing our remote for the garage door after it was used by the service men.

I've been using Precision for years now. Have one issue still not solved. New opener in 2nd garage several years ago. Have complained since then that the light bulb cover was never provided and told it would get taken care of. Still not done after several years. Last year the service guy punctured the ceiling and dirtied up the wall. Other than that, no complaints.

Jack Hodges did an excellent job repairing the garage door in a timely manner. He fully described what was needed and then proceeded with the repair. All paperwork completed was described in full. This included the new law for the opener to have battery back up. I was a little surprised at the cost of the work however. Thanks, Gary

Sadly our garage door met the car while backing into the garage. Precision was able to resolve the problem within 24 hrs of the "accident" so that the door became usable again. We are most pleased with the result and our technician, Cory, was extremely helpful providing us with various options from which to choose.
