While someone came immediately to SELL me a garage door, no one has bothered to tell me when it might be installed and when I finally called, the person on the phone couldn't give me the information, nor did anyone call me back. Terrible, terrible service so far and I am very disappointed. If I can cancel the order I will.

Fast and polite service, but HIGH prices, we only went with Precision because we had to get it fixed same day. Will not use again because of the high prices.
