The repairman, John, was 100 percent professional and explained everything. I didn't call around based on their ads. The repair of two springs was triple the cost of two other companies. Unfortunately, I checked after I had the work done thinking I over paid. A lesson learned.

Hi.. The sensors were out of alignment and took one minute to fix. Since I had to pay $85 an hour, I think the technician should have balanced the door or something to improve the safety of the doors. I most I ever made an hour was $8.50... for a janitorial job that was terrible.

We used Precision many years ago and were pleased with the service. This morning our garage door spring snapped. I called Precision at 8, had an appt for 10-12. The repair guy (Michael) called at 9 and was on his way. By 11, we had the spring replaced as well as other parts. He was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. We highly recommend Precision!!

$235 is way too expensive for a 15 minute lubrication job on my garage door Should have been a service call only for about $75 Nice technician. Lubrication was successful. New opener was only about 6 months old when this problem occurred.

I am so impressed. I called Precision. The very next day someone came out to not just look at the job, but give me an estimate and repair my garage door on the spot. The service tech, Paul, was extremely thorough, explained everything to me and gave me options. He completed the rebuild and install of the new springs in a timely manner. My garage door has never operated so smoothly. I feel much safer now that it is not slamming down. Thank you so much!
