Highly recommend Precision Garage Door. We noticed one of the springs completely snapped and fell so we called Sunday evening and got an appointment the next day at 10am. Our technician, Tyson Clawson, called and let us know he would be arriving in 30 minutes and made it on time for our 10am appointment. He made his inspection and was able to start working right away. I was shocked when he said it was all setup, I thought it would have taken all day. After the install, Tyson made sure to go over everything and thoroughly explained the functions and features of the new motor and the parts he replaced. He was extremely professional, patient and informative.

The guys did an excellent job installing the door and addressing repair. However, once again they didn’t bother to clean up all the sharp metal shavings they made from drilling. I, once again, had to clean up after them sweeping up all the metal shavings that were in piles all over the garage. Not ideal.

I wanted to write a review for the reason is they came out on supper bowl Sunday 'Really didn't think I would find a company to come out that day. The short of it not only did he come out but we got installed and up and running that night and very courteous. I honestly would highly recommend the company to any one looking for a top notch repairs. The motor was changed out to a more efficient one and safer.

Called you out to replace a garage door opener. Felt like I was being hustled from the very beginning. Service Tech wanted to replace Spring , bearings , rollers , and service the garage door. I did have another garage door company come out and replace the garage opener. He also went over and inspected door. He tightened spring and lubed door. All this was done with cost of garage door. Door has never worked better. Your estimate was over a Thousand Dollar more for unnecessary work in my opinion.

My garage door broke Thursday afternoon. Next day at 9:30am Eddy from Precision was at my home. He determined we needed a new garage door opener. Opener was installed within a couple hours. Precision is ucky to have a employee like Eddy. Will refer to anyone in need of service

I am very disappointed in The service I received. The service rep that came to our home to measure and give quote, NEVER gave us the quote even after I text him asking him if he was going to send us the quote we asked for. Complete waste of time!!

Tyson came to my house to replace my garage door torsion springs. He was on time and professional. He recommended changing both springs and I agreed. Tyson was very courteous and was mindful that my kids were in home learning. The job took him about an hour. When he was finished my door was working like brand new again. Before my spring broke, my door was slow opening and was very noisy. After Tyson finished replacing the springs and minor adjustments, my door was operating sob smooth and quiet! I’m very happy with his service! I will use Precision Door in the future and will recommend them.

Daniel Misenhelter was the best! He called me to let me know when he'd arrive. He arrived on time. He diagnosed stripped gears on my old opener and a failing opening spring. He explained the features and advantages of a new belt-drive opener and explained the warranty. He installed a new belt-drive opener and spring, sensors and keypad. I was in need of a whole new door, mechanism, motor, and rails. At first I contacted This company I worked with at my old house 5yrs ago, well they definitely didn’t care for the customer because I had to push my appt by an hour,they didn’t want to accommodate me.
