We were very pleased with the tech. who came out he explained everything gave us a quote and we knew it was a great quote my cousin installed garage doors for over 25 years and is now retired..the job was done perfectly and in a timely manner..we purchased our door from Presicion and will only allow tech from Presicion to work on our door...Great job.

Springs replaced but door is still not operational. In fact door opened before replaced springs, but now the door is not operational or locked! Not satisfied!!!

gentlemen was on time and diagnosed problem quickly...He then proceeded to repair garage door..very happy with service and technician was very nice and was very easy to work with...Great service is hard to come by hang on to this guy..
