I was very comfortable with Carlos and the other technician that helped with the work. As a result of the excellent work that was done on my garage door, I will likely have similar work done on my other garage door. In such case, I would prefer to have Carlos Ortiz do the work once again.

I called with a broken garage door that needed new springs. They cam right out to diagnose the problem, ordered the parts and came back a few days later to install. The technicians were on time,courteous,and professional. They worked diligently, cleaned up after job was done and explained everything to me. My only disappointment is they were unable to program the garage doors to my 2 vehicles. I'm still trying to figure out how to do that.
