Technician was knowledgeable, courteous and explained the options available. He went above and beyond to make sure installation was correct and secure. I thought I would get price gouged as many other contractors are doing, but not with this company (phew). My new opener is a dream. Thank you Precision.

The people who came and did the work were professional and very nice and we just are very, very, very pleased with the whole process and the outcome and it works perfect. Precision garage is always a joy to work with to fix my garage. I've had my garage since 2011 and I had them come out previously twice. The first time was for a broken spring and the second time because the chain was loose and needed tightening. Shane was the tech that came out for the chain issue and he was great. Yesterday the chain came off loose from the sprocket due to the motor being fourteen years old. Shane gave me my options for a motor and rail replacement. He installed everything, programmed my truck's remote to open the garage and also set up the mobile app for me. I am totally pleased with everything that he did and now my garage opens and closes flawlessly and is so much quieter than before that I can't even tell if the garage is being open or closed from inside the house. I definitely recommend precision garage door and Shane to anyone that needs garage door work.

They came out after I had totally messed up the keypad,button and car opener. In fact I couldn’t get the door to move! Bryan was so helpful and immediately saw the issue. He fixed it and reprogramed everything! He was great and also noticed the cable was frayed! I would definitely use them again.
