Long story short: We are so pleased! 10/10 would recommend Rob S at Precision Garage Door Service. We had such thorough work done and now our garage is so quiet. Longer story: We recently moved in and the garage was way out of date and so loud that you could hear it several rooms over. We called Precision and they got us an appt the same day. Rob S. was very polite when he arrived and he listened to all of our concerns. He then took time to address each one and show us how our garage door was out of balance and explained that the system that was installed was notoriously a loud one. He pulled up several quotes for us to review and answered all of our questions. Rob got started right away once we picked out the best options us. He was super friendly and recommended restaurants to us since we aren’t totally familiar with the area. When he finished, he went over everything with us. The garage is SO quiet now that you could juuuust barely hear it in the room that shares a wall with the garage - such an improvement! We are so truly impressed with the work and we will be calling them if we ever have more work to do on the garage.

Love, love, love our new door and Precision Garage Door Service made the whole job a positive experience! We wanted a new garage door that was hurricane rated but we also wanted windows to let in light. I contacted Precision using their on line quote request feature and received a call within the day to set up an estimate. On the day of the scheduled visit, I received an email informing me of the arrival time of their estimator, Micky, that included his picture so we could identify him. Micky arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable. He walked us through our options to help us pick the door that would meet our needs. We liked the price and presentation and made the purchase, half the cost up front, the other half upon successful completion. When our door arrived, we received a call from the office to schedule our install. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but she was very pleasant and agreeable with meeting our schedule. On the day of the installation, again I received an email that included the technician's picture. Arriving on time, the installer, Dustin and his apprentice Cam, got right to business, removing our old door and installing the new one. Both gentlemen were extremely professional as they set about their work. The installation went smoothly and Dustin and Cam did a great job cleaning up after the job was completed. All in all, we couldn't be happier with the customer service we received from Precision Garage Door Service from first contact through finished project!
