Received service the day I called. Rob was extremely helpful and friendly and explained everything he did and recommended. Not only that but he offered to blow out my 3 garages. I had just moved in and the garages were full of leaves and yard debris. Doing this really helped me. Above and beyond!

Jeff, my Precision Garage Technician was nice, and well trained. My last visit from Precision was in 2023, so we asked for a tune up. Jeff informed us that our opener had been installed in 2024 and that it would be advantageous to replace our older model with a new Genie the only brand they installed. After reviewing the costs,and the many advantages including (a lifetime motor warranty and 15 years on the rail) we had a Genie installed. We are Genie fans now!!!! It's light is brighter, senses movement in the garage, it's so quiet that wuthout notices from the software you would never know when the Genue opens or closes + you can remotely open and close it via the software & wifi, if you allow notifications. Incidentally, had I needed new springs, or other usual repairs, Precision technicians come prepared with the needed replacement parts in most cases. You won't need to set up another visit!!!!!!
