What a wonderful and positive experience we had with precision garage door!! Ryan was our Service man, He did an amazing job from start to finish. Taking the time to explain everything to us what was wrong with our door to what it was gonna take to fix it. Breaking it down to terms that we could understand. His customer service was top-notch!! He was kind, compassionate, and caring. You can tell he truly cared😊 we have used precision garage door before and will continue to use them in the future, also referring friends and family for sure. Thank you, precision door for hiring such good qualified and caring service men🙌🏻😊 I rate precision garage door and Ryan the service man on the scale of 1-10 a 15!!!🙌🏻😊 so you know they are amazing ♥️♥️ (side note I want to compliment Ryan’s parents for raising such an amazing man♥️)

Overall, I am very satisfied with my new garage door and the service I received from Precision. My garage door cable broke, and I called Precision for service. The gentleman who came out was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. During his visit, we discussed the possibility of getting a new garage door. He took my information and assured me he would pass it along to the sales representative. I had also submitted an online request for a quote before speaking with the service technician. I was told I would hear back by the following week, but when I didn’t receive a response, I had to call Precision to follow up. Someone came out the following day to provide a quote, and the installation was scheduled for the next week. The gentleman who installed my new garage door did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. However, there were a couple of communication issues throughout the process. I had specifically requested three garage door openers and was assured by the sales representative that this would not be a problem. Unfortunately, when the technician reviewed everything after installation, he only had two openers. I was told someone would contact me the following week regarding the third opener, but once again, I had to call after waiting a week without hearing anything. Another service technician is now scheduled to come out Monday to take care of it. Overall, I am happy with the service, the installation, and my new garage door. The employees I worked with were friendly, knowledgeable, and did great work. My only recommendation would be to improve communication and follow-through with customers. Having to make multiple calls to follow up on things I was told someone would contact me about was frustrating and could have been avoided. A little better communication would have made an otherwise great experience even better.
