The spring on my garage door broke Monday evening. Precision was at my house at 10:00 a.m. the next morning and fixed my garage door. They sent a courtesy text before the tech got to my home with a picture of him and his name. I thought this was very professional. He showed me a few other issues that were concerning about my garage door. With no pressure I decided to get everything fixed. Jared was very friendly, polite and professional. He had a trainee with him and she was just as friendly, polite and professional.
