Tommy was our repair and installation man. Very friendly on time and very professional in how he did the work. He showed us what needed to be done. What needed replaced and the why. Gave us the option to refuse if we chose to do so. Not pressured in to making any decisions. I would higly recommend this company.

Tommy was outstanding today! He had to deconstruct what the previous owners had done, and then properly installed two doors, remote controls, lighting and you get the picture. He is professional, highly knowledgeable and a great communicator! Great Job Tommy!! Thank you!

Great place

My experience started off a little rocky, but Brandon and Jared truly turned everything around. They did an outstanding job with the installation—professional, efficient, and extremely detail-oriented. Their workmanship and attitude made a huge difference, and they made sure everything was done correctly and to my satisfaction. Thanks to Brandon and Jared, the final result is excellent, and I’m very happy with how everything ended up.

Tommy Branstrator was LITERALLY a life saver for us today!!! Our garage door got jammed with a towel after an Amazon delivery and It wouldn’t close at all!!! I was SO terrified when making my appointment with Precision Garage Door because it’s SO cold right now and it even started snowing in that exact moment!!! But thank God Tommy was available and even showed up a bit earlier than my appointment which worked even better for us because he got to working on my garage door right away!!!! He then proceeded to do some troubleshooting to try to figure out what was wrong with my garage door, then not only did he fixed it and figure out the problem; he even went above and beyond and helped me weather proof my garage door because there was a couple of openings on the bottom of the door that allowed for cold wind to come in!!! Also, Tommy was very kind, knowledgeable, friendly and seriously fast when fixing our garage door jam.
