Great experience from start to finish! Cody was very helpful with getting the replacement bottom garage door panel ordered and made the process easy. Stuart came out to install it and did a great job. He was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was installed properly. The new panel looks great and matches the rest of the door perfectly. Really appreciate the great service from both Cody and Stuart. Would definitely recommend them!

Perhaps the best service experience I've had, accomplishing more repair work than I thought was feasible the very next date after I called to schedule after my repair attempt went awry. Ryan built a great raport from the start, was very accommodating with respect to the work I wanted to have done or defer until later, was very exacting the physical installation work, and stuck with it as we tried to recalibrate and tune a very finicky door opener machine, requiring at least eight programming and spring adjustments. I also now have a thorough understanding of the upcoming maintenance decisions I'll be faced with in the next few years and can confidently assume I'll continue to contract Precision for that work.
