Jerry, the technician, was polite, friendly, thorough, explained the problem and the additional recommendations to keep the problem from recurring any time soon. Hinges cracking, cables and spring in poor shape. The door originally was a cheaper quality door. (My comment as I had it installed by someone not in the garage door business.)⁰
