Schedule appointment via online booking. Was texted about earlier availability and if they could come before scheduled time. Andrew was my tech and did a fantastic job of explaining what needed to be done for the immediate repair. He went above and beyond to look for missing wheels to get door back in track. Spent the time to walk me through what he was going to do and what he would recommend to further extend life of garage door.

I've called them twice and they've come out same day both times. Repaired a spring and an additional malfunction. A supervisor asked to come back the following day and inspect the work of his technician. He made a few adjustments that he felt could have done better. Very happy with the service and professionalism.

Garage door got jammed up when lowering, it certainly hurt the motor, tried to adjust, a lot of shavings at the top of the motor, Called two places, Precision could do what I wanted I had heard about the company on TV. They did not disappoint. Came out the next day, evaluated gave me options, I knew the motor was shot, gave me more than one option, fixed it on the spot! I don't even think they were they 2 hours. Excellent service and the Repair guys (one was training) were great easy to talk to. Thanks precision!
