I didn't know about this company until today when I needed help to replace a broken garage door spring and even though the price was kind of high for a retired senior like me, I made the decision to have both springs replaced, after your Technician Jared advice of the risk of not replacing the second one due to it's age and how costly it would be for me if I waited until the second spring failed. I appreciate the friendliness and patience of Jared in answering all my questions, that proves that he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications.

We had an unfortunate accident this morning where we accidentally ran into the garage door while backing out of the garage. We did not realize the door was not completely open, so we scraped the top of our SUV into the door. The door was fairly bent up, and we thought we would need to replace the door. I jumped onto the website around 6:30 am and booked an appointment online. I scheduled a time slot from 8:00-10:00 am, and Matt J. showed up at our home around 8:45ish. He was extremely professional and talked me through what he was going to try to do to fix the door with the hopes of saving it. He updated me a couple of times throughout the job, which I appreciated. He ended up being able to fix the door, which saves me thousands of dollars. Both of our cars we ultimately trapped in our garage, and we are "on the go" types of people, so the promptness by Precision was extremely appreciated. Thank you to Matt!

Jimmy did a great job! He and his associate worked steadily and efficiently in a very hot, humid garage, until the work was completed. It was so nice to have a great job done in a timely fashion. It is hard at this time to find a hardworking, honest, experienced company and employees who know their business and perform it well. My husband and I had a miscommunication about keeping some of the old garage door equipment. I called Jimmy after he had left and asked if I could meet him somewhere enroute to retrieve some of the old parts to our garage door mechanism. He said no and insisted on coming back to our house during rush hour traffic on the highway to give us the parts we had forgotten to ask for. I consider that excellent service, going above and beyond for a customer. Thank you. We will definitely recommend your company to friends and family.

An hour after we called Precision Garage Door, an efficient and knowledgeable technician was at our home and hard at work. He had a lot to do--our system was ancient and required a complete overhaul--and within a few hours we were up an running with a greatly-improved and much quieter system. P.S. I had a little glitch two days later that was my fault, not Precision's. I called with a question regarding our new keypad and its wi-fi connection, and two excellent technicians came to help troubleshoot that issue in short order. I was grateful for that followup and attention to detail, and I would absolutely recommend Precision Garage Door as a result of my experience.
