I had an issue with my garage door and called Precision for an estimate, fully planning to get quotes from a few different companies before deciding what to do. However, after meeting the technicians they sent out, I ended up moving forward with them on the spot because their service was that good. Vladimir and his helper were absolutely exceptional. They took the time to clearly explain what was wrong, what needed to be fixed, and why. They even left to pick up the necessary parts and came back promptly to complete the repair the same day. The whole process felt very transparent and professional. Beyond the quality of the work, what really stood out was how polite, kind, and respectful they both were. They made a stressful (and expensive) repair much easier to deal with. Vladimir was incredibly patient in answering questions, and both technicians treated our home with care and professionalism.
