    Marquis E was an incredible technician: knowledgeable, personable, efficient, highly skilled. -Thanks for all the help and education Boss- He quickly informed me of the bare minimum that it would take to get me up and running, as well as the top tier of things that needed to be corrected in order for the door to operate with any chance of longevity. My situation was quite complicated: entire motor unit hanging by one bit(literally) with 4 broken hinge brackets, a broken spring, and destroyed bearings. Not only was it all taken care of in a single evening, but it was a good time and not a long time. If the other techs are half as caring and dedicated as Marquis, then everyone should call Precision for their garage door needs. They are simply that good.
