When I called this morning about needing a roller put back online with your company I did that because in May I had had a big problem with my garage door and Brandon came out and fixed everything and today Ben came was nice to meet him and he did a fantastic job and answered my questions. He was very nice just like Brandon had been. so the two experiences I have had with your company the lady answering the phone, Angie,today very professional and very nice both times whoever I talked to we’re very nice and professional, and both times the guys did their job were very professional and just kind and great people. I would definitely recommend you guys to anyone and I did tell our one grandson tonight that your company had been out and why and about your workers Brandon and Ben and I will always recommend you guys to anybody that asks about a garage door problem. Having a garage problem in May couldn’t have turned out to be a better thing even though things were broken, but we met good people and good workers and a good company. I had a spring break on my garage door before leaving for work. I called around 10am and they were able to get out for service the same day. The tech showed up around 1ish and I had the privilege of getting a younger gentleman RJ. I can say without hesitation that he is an outstanding individual. His knowledge is impressive, and he has a remarkable ability to share his insights in a way that is both clear and engaging. Other than replacing the springs, he gave me several options on the issues that also needed addressed and was in and out in about 2 hours. Would definitely recommend Precision for any service, especially RJ, to anyone.

I called Precision early on Saturday morning and made an appointment to get my garage door fixed. They gave me a time frame of 4-7 pm the same day for arrival. The techs arrived at my home around 4:30. Immediately they introduced themselves and came in to determine what repairs needed to be done. Tony and Zeke were very professional but also very friendly. Lots of smiles. I appreciate the prompt arrival and the professionalism of these two young men. My job was completed to my satisfaction.

Great response, mechanic arrived within 30 minutes of our call and fixed the broken spring in another45 minutes. Not sure why we were charged a $23 fuel surcharge when the mechanic arrived in less than 30 minutes from our call. He was not arriving by airplane.
