I had Precision Garage Door come out for service and I had Drew T. Service our garage door. He was so thorough with the inspection and suggestions on what I needed. I was so happy with everything!!! He arrived on time, and was able to change the parts on our garage door, explained everything and we understood everything. I have used another company for 21 years and wanted to give Precision Garage a try. They have a new customer!!! Thank you Drew T. You did an outstanding job and thank you.

I needed the rubber seals at the bottom of my garage doors replaced because the cold air was getting in. I also wanted both garage doors to be serviced (oiled etc). Precision was able to come out that same day a few hours later and the technician Tyler did a wonderful job. He was very courteous and professional! Great job at a decent price.

I called first thing this morning to see if someone could look at my daughter’s garage door after her water heater went out and flooded her basement! When it rains, it pours and we are choosing to see the positive in this chapter of life! Kevin called and was there within 45 minutes. He called and went over everything with me. He was very thorough, and even though we opted to only get the spring fixed, he was perfectly okay with that, no pressure! I assured him that we now have a garage door fixer and will absolutely call and request him should we have anymore problems!
