I really appreciate the rapid response. Austin was very pleasant and quickly figured out what my problem was. He showed me the pictures of my issue and clearly explained my options. He exerted no pressure and showed me completely what the costs would be. From the time he arrived until he was done, it took about 1-1,2 hours. He demonstrated everything i needed to know. Quite impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.

The customer service was incredible which is a rarity. Called for a non-emergent issue thinking would be lucky if scheduled within a week. Teddy was here within a hour!!! Teddy is knowledgeable, professional and polite. Had the issue diagnosed and repaired in less than one hour. I highly recommend.

After 26 years, we finally decided that we wanted to replace and upgrade our garage doors and openers. We got several different quotes for what we were looking for. We chose Precision Garage Door because they were offering the products we were looking for, at the best value. There was actually an authorized dealer, that had no clue that Genie even offered a "jack mount" opener, but would install one (at an additional $250 cost, if we purchased it off Amazon! While I know I paid more for essentially the same thing that I could have purchased off Amazon, I knew that the dealer would professionally install, support, and back the units that I purchased through them! I was unable to be home for the entire installation, so I was unable to get both openers synced to the Aladdin App before I had to leave. And when I returned, there was an issue with getting the second door connected to the app. With one call to Precision Garage Door, they had a technician scheduled to come out today to get everything working to my satisfaction! And they did! I love the new garage doors and the new jack mount openers! They're so quiet and with the intelligence of the app,I feel safe that I can control and monitor my garage doors whenever and where ever I need!

I had a broken spring and needed to arrange service the night before before. I sent a message to another well know company and received a message they would contact me on Monday. I called Precision and spoke to a live person after hours. Service was provided the next morning. I learned that my door had not been installed correctly from the get go.
