My garage door stopped working all of a sudden one day. I called the Garage Door Company that was on my unit sticker and they never called us back. I spoke to a neighbor who I knew had issues as well and she gave me the name of Precision Garage Door. I called them immediately and the Lady on the phone was wonderful and booked me in for an appointment quickly she was very knowledgeable and professional as well. I was booked for a spot from 4-7 pm but came home early that day and I called their office to let them know I was home and they were able to send someone over earlier that day WOW! Later that day Orlando the service Rep showed up he was very professional and spent time with me showing me what was wrong with my door and my options as he really wanted me to be Happy.This young man is very nice and really likes what he does and wants his customers to be satisfied!I am very satisfied with Precision Garage Door and their services and Products as the Garage door now works better than the original install and be sure to ask for Orlando when you call! We had Vladimir with Precision come out last February for a broken cable and he replaced several parts at that time and he did excellent work. However, after about 8 months, we noticed a grinding noise on one side of the door and it would occasionally stop and go back up but we couldn't see anything wrong with it. We called Precision and they sent Vladimir back out. He noticed that one side of our track was misaligned so he cut out some of the concrete at the bottom of the frame and realigned the track. He also made sure the track on the other side was aligned as well. It works perfectly now and after he was finished, he said it was under warranty still and there was no additional charge. It was a very much appreciated surprise, especially going into the holidays! I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and working with Vladimir if you can! Thanks so much for everything!

Just knowing a little bit about someone coming to my home was very calming. Not only that I know something about him but that the company knows something is reassuring! 4. My 23 yr old garage door was in need of replacement. I researched for the most solid local company with excellent reviews, and then called the winner - Precision! From first contact, office staff were all pleasant and informative. Tech response was same day, I was shown every choice applicable to my garage opening with no 'hard sell'. I chose an insulated door and new opener, which was quickly installed the next working day. Nick, Tom, Orlando were all expert, worked quickly and neatly, and answered every question I could think of! My new door operates just almost 'silently', my garage is better protected from extreme temperatures now, and I am more than delighted and pleased with my entire experience.
