    The work was done efficiently and very timely. The two single garage doors currently work properly and look great. Couple of cons to have to mention is there was no clean up after the work. Lots of bolts and nuts left all over. Then in about a week one of the wheels came off, no big deal but the tech that returned for the fix was not at all friendly but acted as though he was put-out. No big deal on either of those hose but it has been four weeks from the time the deposit for the doors was paid, I was told it would be three weeks. I called their general phone number to find out about scheduling and it took all day to find out. The service line was not helpful at all until the late shift took over and helped me get the some answers. A really no big deal turned into a very frustrating issue just because no one could give an answer or get me to someone who could. But over all not a bad experience.

Kyle arrived promptly, assessed my issue which was a broken spring, and replaced it in a very timely manner. We had some great conversations as he worked and he did an excellent job.
