Kyle F. was the technician assigned to help us. One of the most courteous, friendly & knowledgeable people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He was so pleasant to interact with! He gave us several options for our issue/ maintenance request with clear explanations so we could make the best informed decision. He even patiently answered all my extra questions because I happen to be someone who is very inquisitive. I really appreciated that extra time. We have so much more peace of mind now about our 10 year old garage door & everything that comes with it. Also, the lady who answered my call, Willow I believe, was also very nice and caring. I felt we were in good hands with Precision just from my initial interactions with her. Thank you!! Keep up the great work and positive attitudes!

Our garage door would not open and we called Precision to come out and fix it. I was given a time on the same day I called. Brent came out and gave me an estimate of what it wound cost to fix a broken spring on the garage door that needed to be fixed to get the door operating. He also gave us an estimate of additional work that would need to be done in the future. Brent was very professional and I had my door fixed the day I called. Will recommend Precision to our friends.

Brent was very nice and knowledgeable. He went over what needed to be fixed and also what he recommended needed to be done to make our door last a long time. Glad they could fix it on a Saturday because my car was stuck in the garage.
