    Jacqueline was very friendly and professional. She was able to diagnose the problem immediately. The motor went out on our garage door which was 30 years old. She cleaned up the work area upon leaving. She did a good job. I would recommend her. The job was over price but she doesn’t have control of company prices. I checked the unit price on Lowe’s website after installation. I was very disappointed to see the Lowe’s price vs what I paid for my install.

He also took the time to show me how and where to periodically lubricate the tracks and parts. I’m extremely happy with the repair, price, annd experience. Our garage door is probably 30 years old and needs to be replaced in the next year or so. I will be calling Precision for the replacement. Thanks so muc.
