I was impressed with the repair of a badly damaged garage door. My technician Jacquelyn was determined to repair it and worked for hours. At one point it required another technician to lift one side to get it on track. But Jacquelyn did all the rest. Great work and response by text to update me.

I love my new garage door Eric was the installer and he did a fantastic job. He also was very thorough in explaining things to me. I am very disappointed that the sales person did not explain to me that I was only getting the door. He never addressed the motor which I also wanted. I wanted the whole system. Now I am going to have to pay more for the motor since it will entail another service call.
