Technician, Brian Wells, could not have been more helpful in explaining the problem -- it had nothing relating to my just two-year old LiftMaster door opener -- was due to the operation of a broken main spring, etc. Also, I want to say Alicia, with whom I spoke on calling, likewise, could not have been more helpful. Certainly I will recommend/refer Precision Door for their excellent service -- your two-page Yellow Page ad was a no-brainer in choosing to call. Many thanks.

After numerous service calls over the past couple of years the garage door opener your company installed I believe this tech may have solved the problem. The excuse from your office when he called in doesn't sit well with me. Why is the garage door that we didn't purchase from you now all of a sudden become the issue? Your techs should have noticed that the day they installed the opener. Now having to pay $270 is honestly not right with me. Your tech couldn't have been any nicer. You should really question your other techs for their incompetence.

Dear Amanda: Thank you for your review of our services. We use our customer feedback as a “tool” to improve our customer’s experience. I spoke with the technician, Mike who was at your home yesterday. Mike let me know that the issue seemed to be that the door was not level. Because it was not level – the door was binding up. I am of the same opinion as you as to why all of the other technicians that have been there did not check the door ….they only checked the operator because that is what we originally provided and worked on. Of course, this “experience” will be a topic of discussion. In saying all of that – Amanda – I’d like to thank you for your loyalty to Precision Garage Door and again thank you for your review. I will be submitting a refund request in the amount of $270 to be mailed to you on Friday and as always – please contact me personally with any additional garage door issues.
