I Recently Had A Great Experience With Your Company. First I Had To Deceide Who To Contact. I Jumped On Computer Looking For Someone Local. Found Precision Garage Door In Burnsville Which Is Where I Live. On Website I Went To Schedule Appt For The Next Day. As Soon As I Scheduled My Time Slot I Received An E Mail Conformation. Next Day Colton My Service Tech Showed Up On Time. Was Very Positive And Friendly. I Needed A List Of Work, Plus A New Opener. He Assured Me He Could Perform All Work And Gave Me An Upfront Price. He Performed All Work Requested Perfectly. I Very Very Highly Recommend This Company. They Are Very Professional And Honor The Total Price Quoted Before Work.

I called right away in the morning and Alex came out at 2pm, the time promised. Alex diagnosed my problem and explained that my opener could last but it is 23 years old. Project; replace existing garage door. Chris (salesman) and Don (installer) we're both professional, competent and easy to work with . Chris was the only salesman to recommend and explain an $$ upgrade to a low clearance track system in my situation. So even though that meant more money I went with his bid. He was also responsive and helpful on a few follow-up calls while I was deciding. Don clearly takes pride in his workmanship. I had also read numerous online reviews that very positive. I’m very suspicious of the work done on my garage door. I had a broken spring in a Cloplay door: currently $90 at Home Depot. I had done this repair once, and it is tricky due to the stored energy in the spring. I am also 76, so elected to have it dine for me. The service tech stated he could not just replace the spring, but had to replace the rod the spring is mounted on, the two pulleys, and 3 bearings, as well as a new spring. Total was $736! I am suspicious that this is the classic garage door repair scam. Plus the spring was $280.
