Project; replace existing garage door. Chris (salesman) and Don (installer) we're both professional, competent and easy to work with . Chris was the only salesman to recommend and explain an $$ upgrade to a low clearance track system in my situation. So even though that meant more money I went with his bid. He was also responsive and helpful on a few follow-up calls while I was deciding. Don clearly takes pride in his workmanship. I had also read numerous online reviews that very positive. I’m very suspicious of the work done on my garage door. I had a broken spring in a Cloplay door: currently $90 at Home Depot. I had done this repair once, and it is tricky due to the stored energy in the spring. I am also 76, so elected to have it dine for me. The service tech stated he could not just replace the spring, but had to replace the rod the spring is mounted on, the two pulleys, and 3 bearings, as well as a new spring. Total was $736! I am suspicious that this is the classic garage door repair scam. Plus the spring was $280.

I had placed a call at 1:13pm and Chong Lo arrived just a few minutes after 2:00pm. He examined what I need replaced which was my garage door opener. Then he informed me of my options and he had it installed in 1 hour. He was so polite, informative and explained everything to myself and my husband. I would call them back for any other repairs or replacements I would need in the future. I will let my friend know my experience with precision garage door company. Very satisfied with the company.

Called late on a Friday for garage door repair and technician showed up 8:00 am Saturday! Prompt, courteous service and work done right. Services were sold like a franchise – lots of little add-ons and recommendations maybe not really needed which drove the bill to over $1000. I was hoping to spend less than half that for a spring repair. I typically hire the best providers with cost us the least of my concerns however I would probably shop the service again in the future. But for quality of work, very pleased.

Absolutely good service; from the nice lady on the phone setting up the appointment to Jae, the service person, who provided the inspection and performed the job. He arrived on time. The inspection was clear and direct. He explained what caused the door to be outside the rail. My cable broke due to corrosion. We went ahead and replaced the rollers, and put in a new rail since the old one was corroded and not very sturdy. I think we also replace the wheels thingy. The cost they gave was comparable to what I found on the market or website review. Highly recommend to anyone who needs service to call them.

Phenomenal experience. Even though the weather was not optimal and causing major delays, the tech was able to still show up and get the job done. The tech, Jameson Leach, was professional and quick to identify the issue. He was transparent in describing the issue and what parts needed to resolve the issue. Jameson only took about an hour to resolve the issue. I would recommend to anybody needing assistance, customer service is too notch.

This is the third time I had to call because I backed into my garage door. ???? The staff is so professional and gave me a time estimate and the guys were here in about an hour. The repair bill was quite a bit higher than last time, for the same repair, so I asked why and it was reduced for me. Chad is a really nice person and a great worker.

Somewhat disappointed because they said they had the right springs on the trucks. When they didn’t have those springs they had to put in four smaller springs or temporary splice my old one until he could get the replacements. Had me between a rock and a hard spot. Saturday late, and cars stuck in the garage. Ended up costing me over a thousand dollars for 4 smaller springs that I’m not sure I needed!

I called today 11/09/22 and the technician was here in less than an hour. The technician explained why the current garage door opener will not work a 2006 model. He showed me a photo of the problem and the cost. The technician said it would take an hour to install and he helped me set the code on the door opener. I used the remote and the unit is so smooth you hardly hear it moving. I am so appreciative of how quickly the issue was resolved. I have a sticker outside my door so you will be the first and only company I will call if I have further problems.
