They come quickly--very important when you can't get your garage door down. Their tech, Christopher Brown was fast, competant, and amiable. Got it fixed in record time, $150 is resonable considering this was a weekend and I only called on Friday--yay!

Awesome service. Technician called right at the beginning of the time window given; was prompt, courteous, and professional. Isaiah Sellers was our technician. He called, arrived right on time, went over the issue with him, and he got right to work. Resolved our issue very quickly and even fine tuned our door for us. Can't say enough on how this is a dependable, professional company from our experience and if we have any issues in the future we will be using Precision again. Extremely happy with the service we received, and the technician was the best. Top marks!

My neighborhood has a FaceBook and someone asked about garage door repair companies. Precision was recommended. I called an associate came out checked everything. Listened to what I wanted. And worked up estimates. We went over the estimates, never did I feel rushed or pressured into any of the estimates. He called the main office and the garage door was in stock so a day later the job was completed. The installer was courteous and answered my many questions. Explained everything so that I understood. Cleaned up the garage when the job was completed. So satisfied that I chose Precision Door. Also the office staff were helpful and polite when I called.

I was having issues with my garage door not staying down. The tech that came out was Chris Brown. He was very polite and informative.
