Fast, efficient, friendly customer service. Came out the same day to replace my 20 year old opener that suddenly quit working. Shawn was our technician and he was very courteous and professional. Our technician was Shawn Roderick. I couldn't have asked for a more professional and personable repair technician. Shawn gave my garage door a thorough inspection prior to performing any work, along with options for various repair suggestions. In the interest of learning more about how things work, I watched Shawn while he made the repairs. He explained to me, step by step, what he was doing and why he was doing it. I don't know if Shawn currently trains new technicians, but he'd definitely be an asset to the training department, if he isn't already doing so. I will certainly recommend Shawn and Precision to anyone who asks. Thanks again for a speedy repair and pleasant conversation.
