Precision Door and the technician, James, were great. I heard a very loud noise this morning coming from somewhere outside (so I thought) and didn’t think anything of it. Then, I went to leave our house later in the day and the garage door was only opening about 2 inches and then would stop. Come to find out, the loud noise I heard earlier in the day was the spring on the door snapping. I googled local garage door companies and precision door was the first one that popped up and had great reviews. I called them around 12:20 PM and they got me in the same day from 2 to 4 PM. The technician showed up on time, was very thorough in explaining to me how the springs work and why ours broke, and what he could do to fix it. He got it all fixed quickly and efficiently! And it’s reassuring knowing the parts of a five year warranty on them, in case something does again.

Called on a Saturday; since it wasn't an emergency, I scheduled an appointment for Sunday. The tech, Rick, showed up right on time, diagnosed the problem within 30 secs and had it fixed 45 mins later. Overall, great experience.

Initially, I chose Precision because of many Yelp positive reviews. Richard did a superb job of repairing our garage door opener. He went way above and beyond with fixes that were necessary and important. He scoured over every detail that would provide us a long-lasting reliable product for my daughter's home. I've been a machine shop foreman and engineer and I can tell Richard is extremely qualified, knowledgeable and affable! I would call him for any repairs in a hot minute.

One of the springs snapped on our garage door and Rick from Precision was here within a couple hours. He was courteous, friendly, and showed us what made the spring snap. It only took him about an hour to fix everything. I couldn't have asked for better service
