I had used Precision in the past and always remembered how efficient and personable the technician was, so of course I didn't consider using any other company. The work needed this time was more involved than the last occasion. The technicians of Sean and Charlie were so knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way that was profession and caring. Scheduling was pretty easy and the technician (Sean) arrived within the scheduled window. Sean installed a new keypad and replaced two door springs that showed excessive wear and tear. He made a thorough inspection of the hardware and pointed out a few things that we need to keep an eye out for.
