    Jordan arrived on time and we discussed what I wanted done. We also discussed the current situation with the garage door spring for the 2car door, which had a weak spring. He demonstrated how the door wouldn't go all the way up without "human" effort. It should stay in place when I let go of it, indicating the need to "overhaul" the spring system. He provided a detailed inspection report showing what was working and what needed repair or replacement. Precision will return and fix the problems. I am impressed with the professionalism of Jordan and the quick response to my call for assistance. Laura took my call and was very helpful and thorough in getting assistance. Well don, Precision!

    My garage door bracket broke for the second time, so I called Precision to fix the root cause. Alexander did a fantastic job. He thoroughly inspected the door and found that weakened springs and a bowed shaft were making it too heavy, which kept ripping the bracket off. He rebuilt the system with a heavy-duty 21" reinforcement bracket, new torsion springs, and leveled bearings. It wasn't a cheap repair (about $1,400 total), but the door now runs incredibly smooth, quiet, and like brand new. Highly recommend Alexander for a professional, permanent fix!
