    Jordan was our technician and was scheduled to come out between 2-4PM. He Called just before 2 and said he was 10-minutes out if that worked. We were using a special that was sent via email for a general service. Jordan was very professional, worked quickly and provided some recommendations for replacement needs down the line. He also reviewed with us the warranty on the springs as Precision had replaced 2-years ago. Would use them again in the future. Only reason for not getting 5-stars, I had made my appointment online and was suppose to get a follow up confirmation. Didn’t get one and so didn’t know if technician was coming until Jordan called.
