Precision service was professional from setting up service to end of repair. Service Tech Alexander was knowledgeable, honest and efficient. Totally recommend.

UPDATE: The manager reached out to discuss my experience and offered to check out the work and then replaced the whole system with an upgrade. I really did appreciate their commitment to customer service. As I said in my review, everyone I spoke with was pleasant. It was just the work itself that needed evaluation, and that's exactly what they did. ORIGINAL: I had Precision fix a broken spring on my door last week. I picked them because they could get me in the soonest. They were responsive and kind and while I knew I was overpaying, it was worth the convenience. Except yesterday the motor on my door burned out. A friend came to replace it and noticed the tension on the spring wasn't tight enough, which I noticed when I had to open the door manually. It wouldn't stay open all the way. He said the lack of tension made the door too heavy and it burned out the motor. So I either have to believe the technician did their job wrong due to lack of skill or on purpose so I would have to call again for a new motor. Needless to say, I will not be using their services again and I just caution others to do their research before calling Precision.

We had a garage door issue on a Friday afternoon and the door was unable to close going into the weekend. I called around to a few places but Precision was the only one that had someone available for same day service. Their senior tech Walker was promptly at our house within 20 minutes and was professional and clearly knowledgeable. The issue was fixed shortly after and our garage is working better than before the issue happened. We will be reaching out to Walker for any garage problems in the future.

Alex was nothing short of amazing. The company responded so quickly to my request. Not only did they identify the issue on the initial visit, but were able to replace the motor on the spot. I did not feel upsold or overcharged. Alex was very professional and FAST. Would highly recommend.

Alex was great! Very knowledgeable and took time to educate me on everything. He was also kind enough to send me photos and videos of the new motor working, as I had to leave before the installation to go to class. 10/10!
