Alexander Arcanjo was very professional and knowledgeable. I explained that we had a power outage and our garage door was not working properly. He quickly figured out the problem, and reset the garage door settings. He also explained that I needed to apply lubrication to the door. He took the time to show me where to apply the lubrication every 6 months while he was applyl ubrication to our garage door. On Monday, I came to know that the garage door can not be opened automatically. In the past, I always called the small garage door company that installed garage door and opener for the builder (from who I purchased house). This time, I have decided to use Precision Garage door company since their website looks professional and their Google review is solid, 4.9 out of 5.0 from 1K+ reviews. To get an appointment is very smooth. This morning, Alexander from Precision came to my house. Alexander is very polite and professional. Quickly, Alexander identified that the motor stops working and provide 2 different price quotes. I have kept a brand new garage opener in my parent’s house. I will call Precision and ask Alexander to come back and install my new garage opener after one or two weeks. I will continuously work with Precision garage door in the future.
