My garage door opening system was intermittently not working. It would hum, but not open the door. I contacted Precision. They responded quickly and scheduled a time to come to my place. The tech arrived on time and was friendly. Of course the intermittently problem wouldn't appear while he was here! But we talked and explored various options about what could be the cause. Eventually, the tech was convinced that the current opening technology was failing. He recommended waiting until it failed. However, my wife and I decided that we'd be better off with a new quieter system. And we got one. It took the tech another couple of hours to replace everything (opener, new belt, new rollers, and new opener. He then helped me set up the app for opening and closing the garage remotely (along with some other new technology) as well as getting my car opener synced. It cost a bit more than I had hoped, but this isn't something I'm comfortable doing myself. And the new system has tech I like and is much, much quieter.

The quickness and communication is why I’m giving 5 stars. Ask for Brandon if you can get him. He was timely, he was direct but in a nice way. It didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me, it felt like he was trying to diagnose the issue so that I can make the best decision for my garage and my family. Thanks again Brandon and the Precision Garage Door team for their quick turnaround and professionalism.

Walker came out early on a Saturday and was as professional as it gets. Very informative & engaging. Helped show where wear & tear may come in the future & did the work incredibly fast! With hope we don’t have garage door problems in the near future, we’ll be reaching out to them again with any future problems!
