Alexander Arcanjo was very professional and knowledgeable. I explained that we had a power outage and our garage door was not working properly. He quickly figured out the problem, and reset the garage door settings. He also explained that I needed to apply lubrication to the door. He took the time to show me where to apply the lubrication every 6 months while he was applyl ubrication to our garage door. Alexander is a 5 star service technician who arrived the same day after calling Precision. Thank you for fixing my garage door!
