Precision was very easy to talk to someone and get a same day appt. The technician Deepak was everything you want in a technician: knowledgeable, professional and honest about situation on repair. And repaired it perfectly!

I was literally locked out of my house with my purse and car keys in the garage. I had tried, on my own, to change the code for the garage door. Big mistake as the panel didn’t recognize my old or new password. Then all of a sudden the door started to shut leaving all my items inside. They told me that Walker would be the technician coming to my home, and he would arrive between 2 and 4 pm. He promptly arrived at 2:00 and was able to get the garage opened. He reset my code and took a video showing me how to change the code should this be needed to be done in the future. Walker was upbeat and positive he could get the door open. It was tricky job and he got the job done. I would highly recommend this company because of Walker.

We are two for two on technicians from Precision Garage Door, and that’s a good thing! This time we had Deepak come out to check the motor rattling and bounces up and down when opening and closing the door. Dee took his time to assess the changes that needed to be made, and also noticed two bolts which had come off the motor. That could have been potentially dangerous, causing the motor to fall down on me or on top of my car. Thank goodness he found that and repaired with more secure bolts at no charge. We are so appreciative he did that and took his time to take care of the issue. Thank you so much, Dee! You are literally a life saver!

Based upon the recommendation of a co-worker I contacted Precision for quote to replace a garage door. Their appointment scheduling was a seamless process. The estimator arrived on-time as scheduled and answered all our questions. We were provided timely updates throughout the ordering process and with scheduling the install. On install day a text was sent with the tech’s picture ( liked that security feature) and the tech called in route. Install was quick and very clean. Highly recommend!
