UPDATE: The manager reached out to discuss my experience and offered to check out the work and then replaced the whole system with an upgrade. I really did appreciate their commitment to customer service. As I said in my review, everyone I spoke with was pleasant. It was just the work itself that needed evaluation, and that's exactly what they did. ORIGINAL: I had Precision fix a broken spring on my door last week. I picked them because they could get me in the soonest. They were responsive and kind and while I knew I was overpaying, it was worth the convenience. Except yesterday the motor on my door burned out. A friend came to replace it and noticed the tension on the spring wasn't tight enough, which I noticed when I had to open the door manually. It wouldn't stay open all the way. He said the lack of tension made the door too heavy and it burned out the motor. So I either have to believe the technician did their job wrong due to lack of skill or on purpose so I would have to call again for a new motor. Needless to say, I will not be using their services again and I just caution others to do their research before calling Precision.

Precision offered a great product at a fair price. Rodrigo was incredible to deal with. He was efficient and insightful.

Alexander was outstanding. He completed the job quickly and was very attentive to my concerns. He thoroughly explained all of my options and helped me understand the best solution for my situation. I never felt like just another customer. You can tell he takes pride in his work and operates with a high level of integrity. I truly appreciate the professionalism and excellent service he provided.
