Precision Garage Door Service did an excellent job when called upon for a repair. It was the week. We needed a repair done the week of Christmas with family coming into town in less than 48 hours. Walker and Austin were our technicians and their personality and willingness to help matched their work! They were able to locate us a replacement door and had it installed in by 10am in the next morning! Highly recommend and will be using again if needed!

Upon completion he diagnosed the problem correctly as I also had the same expectation based on a similar situation 13 yrs ago at another home. He presented me with the options available and provided me with clear and sufficient information of which I shared with my spouse.
