Precision Garage Door Service did an excellent job when called upon for a repair. It was the week. We needed a repair done the week of Christmas with family coming into town in less than 48 hours. Walker and Austin were our technicians and their personality and willingness to help matched their work! They were able to locate us a replacement door and had it installed in by 10am in the next morning! Highly recommend and will be using again if needed!

On Monday, I came to know that the garage door can not be opened automatically. In the past, I always called the small garage door company that installed garage door and opener for the builder (from who I purchased house). This time, I have decided to use Precision Garage door company since their website looks professional and their Google review is solid, 4.9 out of 5.0 from 1K+ reviews. To get an appointment is very smooth. This morning, Alexander from Precision came to my house. Alexander is very polite and professional. Quickly, Alexander identified that the motor stops working and provide 2 different price quotes. I have kept a brand new garage opener in my parent’s house. I will call Precision and ask Alexander to come back and install my new garage opener after one or two weeks. I will continuously work with Precision garage door in the future.

First and foremost Precision Garage Door (PGD) Technician Adam Trout was Outstanding! Adam arrived at the scheduled time and after a brief introduction, followed me into the garage. He informed me what the initial process would be and proceeded with his multiple point inspection. Upon completion he diagnosed the problem correctly as I also had the same expectation based on a similar situation 13 yrs ago at another home. He presented me with the options available and provided me with clear and sufficient information of which I shared with my spouse. His process was spot on and allowed us to come up with the best solution for us. His advice was genuine and his work process was on point!
