Alex Arcanjo from Precision came out for a same day service call for an intermittent issue: door opening randomly. After troubleshooting and discussion, we opted to have a new myQ system installed with motor unit, drive rail, car remotes, keypad and wall control. He did a terrific job and even walked me through installing the myQ app. This is the ONLY company we use for garage door service and have always been very happy with them. We highly recommend!!

I had an issue where on a Friday night my garage door just stopped working. I was able to schedule someone to come out the next afternoon. Rodrigo showed up, diagnosed the problem and managed to get a ton of work done that day. He's outstanding. I don't know how much he makes, but he definitely deserves more. I hope I don't have any more garage door issues, but if I do I'll be calling them again, and you should too if you're reading this.

I'm not sure how much positive stuff I can write. My door broke on a Sunday. I called Precision Door Company at a friend's insistence, and Johnathan E. came out that afternoon to diagnose, was incredibly professional and got me set up within the week. He was very knowledgeable. I was irritated and thankful for the help. I got a call from scheduling on Monday morning. Work was scheduled for Thursday. Austin L. was at my door as scheduled. He, too, was knowledgeable and professional. The door was installed and worked perfectly. I thought I ordered an insulated door. I was incorrect. Austin contacted the office, and in my haste to get a door up, I had made an error. The GM called me directly and negotiated an extremely fair deal to add an insulation kit. Austin L. will be out to install. In a time when these companies are being purchased and gutted, it was nice to know that service and my satisfaction were their priority. I appreciate the effort everyone put into making sure I was satisfied. Plus, the work is warrantied and transferable to new owners for a fee when and if you sell your home. I cannot recommend them enough.

Walker was timely, friendly and efficient. I’ll be a repeat customer just because of him.
