Had a great experience with Precision Garage Door. Our service technician, Walker Evans, was outstanding! He was honestly so cheerful and kind as well as courteous, professional, and thorough. He explained and demonstrated what all he had done and I couldn't be more pleased with the result. Our garage door is on the larger side and after Walker overhauled it, it is smoother, quieter, and safer which is a huge relief to me. I am also impressed with how quickly and efficiently he got the job done. Very appreciative and highly recommend both Walker and Precision Garage Door.

We have used Precision Garage Door a couple of times now with the latest being a replacement of our unit. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. Efficient and complete with their work. A bit expensive, but you get what you pay for and I am happy to pay for quality. I recommend this company.

Booked an appointment online, I was provided texts prior to the technicians arrival, and he showed up on schedule. Alexander inspected my door and provided several repair options. He then completed all the repair work quickly and walked me through everything when he was done. Alexander was very professional and courteous. Highly recommend!

Had an issue with garage door not opening due to motor being hit. Jonathan was able to come out that day and fixed the issue by resetting the limits. Also helped in reprogramming door openers in cars. Super friendly and efficient!!
