I had a broken spring but had been contemplating a new opener for a while because mine was noisy and clunky. Jonathan was sent out the same day I called (within 2 hours), which was impressive. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I ended up opting for new springs, rollers, and a new opener. He pointed out which items I should think about replacing and which items did not need replacing. He did not try to upsell and pressure me into unnecessary items. He provided me with two opener options—a model with a camera and a model that was significantly cheaper. Again, I opted for the upgraded model. He did not pressure me and I appreciated that so much. What really impressed me was him being able to complete all repairs and replacement the same day within a few hours. Honestly, this was one of the best experiences I have had in a while related to home repair. Unparalleled experience. I have had friends use precision as well and wouldn’t recommend anyone else now.

One of the main springs in my 10 year old garage door snapped today. I called Precision and they sent over a technician. Walker had it fixed and working in just over an hour. I ended up replacing the second spring since it was past its useful life. The tune up was overdue and now it’s working perfectly. I highly recommend Precision. Walker explained the process and was very helpful. The cost was reasonable. If you have an older garage door it’s a good idea to give them a call.
