Rodrigo showed up, diagnosed the problem and managed to get a ton of work done that day. He's outstanding. I don't know how much he makes, but he definitely deserves more. Alex Arcanjo from Precision came out for a same day service call for an intermittent issue: door opening randomly. After troubleshooting and discussion, we opted to have a new myQ system installed with motor unit, drive rail, car remotes, keypad and wall control. He did a terrific job and even walked me through installing the myQ app. This is the ONLY company we use for garage door service and have always been very happy with them. We highly recommend!!
