Had a great experience with Precision Garage Door. Our service technician, Walker Evans, was outstanding! He was honestly so cheerful and kind as well as courteous, professional, and thorough. He explained and demonstrated what all he had done and I couldn't be more pleased with the result. Our garage door is on the larger side and after Walker overhauled it, it is smoother, quieter, and safer which is a huge relief to me. I am also impressed with how quickly and efficiently he got the job done. Very appreciative and highly recommend both Walker and Precision Garage Door.

Great service end-2-end. Garage stopped working all of a sudden, their customer service chat agent able to schedule an appointment. And follow up via text and call offering an earlier day and time; happen to be same day. Had the garage back in working order by the afternoon. Thank you!

Booked an appointment online, I was provided texts prior to the technicians arrival, and he showed up on schedule. Alexander inspected my door and provided several repair options. He then completed all the repair work quickly and walked me through everything when he was done. Alexander was very professional and courteous. Highly recommend!
