Jonathan came to assist with me with garage door issues. He was very nice and explained what was going on. I appreciate that he let me know that eventually my garage door opener was going to have to be replaced. But he wasn't after a sale. When I do replace it in a few months. I will be contacting Precision Garage Doors for the parts and install.

I booked through the online website and it was so easy. They even had availability same day. I was so happy. The technician showed up and I guess they have to run through their sales pitch but when I declined, he moved right along. He didn’t pressure me. He fixed the cable in 8 minutes (I timed him). There was confusion on the pricing. On the website it says $95 is the service fee but it is waived if you move forward with them. So, when he told me it was $250 with service fee included, I was confused. He said there was a $250 minimum on the price for the service fee to be waived. I showed him on the website where it doesn’t say that. He looked for himself on my phone. He waived the service fee for me. I appreciate the easy booking, the timely repair, and the communication.

Best Customer Service Ever! Great Management and Great Technicians!!! They don’t try to upsell you. And if you need work done, they give you a fair/ competitive price. I Highly Recommend Precision!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Incredible tune up and check up, photos, hands on explanations, and fair pricing. Jordan was incredible, he was punctual, professional and timely. He patiently explained the mechanics of the garage system and all options, future concerns and replacement costs. He was not pushy nor arrogant. Would highly recommend his company.
