I have two 9’x7’ garage doors that have very small spaces to install extension springs. Also the springs were foe 200 lb doors. Dispute these problems Rodriguez did a wonderful job. I would recommend him to everyone who needs garage door problems.

UPDATE: The manager reached out to discuss my experience and offered to check out the work and then replaced the whole system with an upgrade. I really did appreciate their commitment to customer service. As I said in my review, everyone I spoke with was pleasant. It was just the work itself that needed evaluation, and that's exactly what they did. ORIGINAL: I had Precision fix a broken spring on my door last week. I picked them because they could get me in the soonest. They were responsive and kind and while I knew I was overpaying, it was worth the convenience. Except yesterday the motor on my door burned out. A friend came to replace it and noticed the tension on the spring wasn't tight enough, which I noticed when I had to open the door manually. It wouldn't stay open all the way. He said the lack of tension made the door too heavy and it burned out the motor. So I either have to believe the technician did their job wrong due to lack of skill or on purpose so I would have to call again for a new motor. Needless to say, I will not be using their services again and I just caution others to do their research before calling Precision.

We had a garage door issue on a Friday afternoon and the door was unable to close going into the weekend. I called around to a few places but Precision was the only one that had someone available for same day service. Their senior tech Walker was promptly at our house within 20 minutes and was professional and clearly knowledgeable. The issue was fixed shortly after and our garage is working better than before the issue happened. We will be reaching out to Walker for any garage problems in the future.

Walker E was great. He inspected the door, asked me pertinent questions, and provided me with three options. I called at 12:00 on a Friday, he arrived at 2:30, and my garage door was fixed by 4:15. That’s unheard of. He went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend both Walker and Precision.

Needed a new opener. The technician Rodrigo Arcanjo was prompt and helped me select the new opener. He arrived as scheduled to install and was very thorough. Complete satisfaction with Precision Garage Doors. Highly recommend
