These guys did great work. My new garage doors look good and work perfectly. The previous homeowner moved the door connecting the garage and interior so that the overhead garage door tracks were right at head height (for me) when you walk out into the garage. Precision Garage Doors was able to address this issue by simply raising the height of the tracks for the new doors and it’s exactly what I needed.

Jordan arrived on time and we discussed what I wanted done. We also discussed the current situation with the garage door spring for the 2car door, which had a weak spring. He demonstrated how the door wouldn't go all the way up without "human" effort. It should stay in place when I let go of it, indicating the need to "overhaul" the spring system. He provided a detailed inspection report showing what was working and what needed repair or replacement. Precision will return and fix the problems. David Sherriff is an asset to Wayne Dalton’s stellar reputation. He was prompt, honest, very personable, and highly knowledgeable of every facet of his profession. I had to have additional work done and called the office to request he be assigned. Simply the best!
