One of the main springs in my 10 year old garage door snapped today. I called Precision and they sent over a technician. Walker had it fixed and working in just over an hour. I ended up replacing the second spring since it was past its useful life. The tune up was overdue and now it’s working perfectly. I highly recommend Precision. Walker explained the process and was very helpful. The cost was reasonable. If you have an older garage door it’s a good idea to give them a call.
