First and foremost Precision Garage Door (PGD) Technician Adam Trout was Outstanding! Adam arrived at the scheduled time and after a brief introduction, followed me into the garage. He informed me what the initial process would be and proceeded with his multiple point inspection. Upon completion he diagnosed the problem correctly as I also had the same expectation based on a similar situation 13 yrs ago at another home. He presented me with the options available and provided me with clear and sufficient information of which I shared with my spouse. His process was spot on and allowed us to come up with the best solution for us. His advice was genuine and his work process was on point! Precision Garage Door Service did an excellent job when called upon for a repair. It was the week. We needed a repair done the week of Christmas with family coming into town in less than 48 hours. Walker and Austin were our technicians and their personality and willingness to help matched their work!
