Let's see, called Precision at 8:30 a.m. that my garage door wasn't working. Anthony, the tech, showed up at 1:45 p.m. (15 minutes early) and had the broken tension spring and rollers replaced by 2:15 p.m. Anthony was fast, courteous and funny. All in all, a really good experience. Paul B. Kirtland

Bill came out and fixed my garage door that could only open a small amount. I told him that my neighbors branch fell on the garage and that's why it didn't open all the way. Bill was really nice and said he could fit under the door to fix the door. It was a board that fell making the door not open all the way. Bill was very nice and put long screws in the garage wood so that it wouldn't happen again. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and hire this company for other problems if they occur. Thanks again Bill for everything.

We have reached out to this customer regarding his review and have attached the response to the resolution: Brad, I appreciate the response back and follow up to this concern. I am well aware that the individual came out on a Sunday and had years of experience, and for that I am grateful. I’m glad that he wasn’t stuck at my hour for hours on end while having a family back home. At the time of repair I didn’t question the bill because I wanted him to be on his way because of this. I was $5 short of that $75 charge falling off my bill and would have paid him to do another lube or spray to have that $75 fall off but I never said an itemized chart of the bill. I greatly appreciate you having that charge removed and will recommend your company in the future for quick response times and repairs Shawn Galla

New door arrived within the time frame that was first indicated by our technichian Z. Joe Hursky did the installation and was a true professional. The job was completed inm the time he initially said and the finished product was beautiful. Joe took the time to explain to us the workings of the new opener and and the remote key pad. Joe removed all old parts and left the garage in the same condition as when he started. I highly recommend Precision door and especially tech Z and installer Joe

5 stars always. I have used Precision before and was so satisfied with the performance and the last employee that I called again. I got Zoran this time. Also, I did call the shop this morning about him too and left a message before I saw this. He is wonderful -- so nice, so honest, very respectful and he did a super job on my garage door repair. Our garage door broke on a Friday night. I called Precision and was scheduled for an appointment the following morning. Mr. Jovanovic called prior to arriving and came right at the start of our 2-hour appointment window. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and completed the repairs within 75 minutes of arriving. This was a complete waste of money. I called out the technician to replace the weather stripping on my garage door. After the job was done I was told the new weather stripping that was put on would not sit flush against the ground either. Over $100 for the new weather stripping that doesn’t work and $65 for the call out and I’m back at square one.

Great company to do business with. Our cable broke Memorial Day weekend and a repair tech came out immediately to temporarily clamp the cable so we could open and close the door. We ordered a complete new door and it was installed on the promised day. The same repair tech came and was fast and efficient.
