My old garage door started shuddering, jerking and making an awful sound when opening, so it was time for a new opener, so I called Precision. Paul arrived promptly on time, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and got us a new opener installed in no time. The new opener is almost *too* quiet. If I ever need garage service done again, I'm calling Precision.

I have only dealt with precision doors and after this last experience will continue to only use you. Z was terrific. Knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. He rebalanced my door, put on new rollers and put a new weather strip on the door. All needed and done well. Very pleased with the company and Z. 5 stars

We have used Precision Door several times over the past few years for a variety of repairs, and we have always been very satisfied. (That's why we continue to call them when we have a problem.) Most recently we needed a new outside remote opener. John Gilles arrive on time, did the work promptly, answered my questions, and generally was good to work with. I will definitely call them again if/when we have another problem.

Anthony Wise called and was able to come earlier than expected. After taking a look at the problem, he had a quick fix but observed some long term issues with respect to the door. He was professional and polite, and I felt that I could have complete trust in his judgment (so much so that I am having a new door installed by your company). I can't recommend him highly enough.

Bill Adamini performed more work on my garage than was anticipated. He was very professional and courteous at all times while doing this work. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a true professional working around their house. He never pushed me into doing anything I did not want. He was always honest with me if I inquired about doing something else than what he was called to do. An employee like him can definitely give the company a good name. Since 5 star is the best I will rate him 5 star. If I could give him a 10 I would. Keep up the great work Bill.
