I have never had such quick and efficient service from the time I inquired about getting my garage door repaired to the technician who showed up within a half hour and had the work done an hour later. John Gilles is an excellent technician and has a great professional and pleasant personality. He explained every detail and I am so pleased with the work.

I have used Precision Garage Door several times in Florida and recently in Cleveland. The company is so easy to work with: on-line scheduling, wide availability of dates/times for scheduling, excellent communication and most importantly techs that arrive with the equipment and knowledge to remedy any situation on the spot . Cleveland tech Anthony was awesome with making recommendations for service and completing the work quickly.

I've been impressed with this company since the day we had our door installed. Prior to this, we'd been replacing the system every three years! We've had no trouble but lately, it seemed to me that the door was "working harder." Something seemed off. Fortunately, all it required as a little tweeking of the spring and some lubricant. However, I did learn that all the parts (rollers, spring, etc) are covered should something occur in the future! The tech was very nice and informative. Showed up a bit early (nice!). In fact, I had just requested a visit yesterday and here he was today! Very responsive service. I was definitely recommend Precision Door to anyone needing their services. UPDATE: It's been 15 years and the spring broke. I was able to call at 5 p.m. on a Saturday and the repair guy was out Sunday morning to fix it. Our cars were stuck inside so this was really appreciated. Great service and the technician was just terrific with great advice. More 5-star service!

My 'museum quality piece' garage door was no match for Precision. Our service tech took one look and said "No problem!" 20mins later, our cable was reinstalled on the wheel and the door functions again as normal. 5 other companies ran away from the job, because it was 'too old'. No running away by Precision! Call them first and always!
