Zoran provided me extremely good service. First of all, he called me on Friday to let me know exactly when he planned to arrive. He diagnosed the problem immediately, quoted a cost to repair, and upon my approval, completed the work in a very short time period. Afterward, he synced my automobiles to the garage door opener, which is a real convenience to me. He also gave me a cost to install the new weather-stripping, which was completed on Saturday morning. The new material looks great. Thank you Zoran. Will came to evaluate & repair my warped & permanently shut, double garage door. I anticipated that a new door might be the only option to get it working again. He was easy to talk to, helpful & knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problems & quoted me for an immediate repair. However, after further discussion (and no pushing the sale) I decided that a new door was the best buy, since the repair cost was almost half the cost of a new door, and the warping & breaks on the original door could cause a future failure even after fixing & getting the door to operate again. A new door was ordered immediately & a date for installation set for 2 business days later. Very pleased with all parts of this service call. Thanks!

I bought a new door opener a month ago. It was never used in the first month due to being out of town. The first day we return to use it, it doesn't work properly. Tech comes out and fixes the problem but charges us for the fix? Why wasn't it installed properly day one? Why should we pay to fix something that wasn't working when they first installed it?

Rich - Thank you for reviewing our service from your mothers garage. We regret that the strut on the bottom of your mothers door was tripping the safety sensors. We rarely see that but occasionally that can happen on some doors. We didn't install the door, and we solved the problem by installing the sensors so the strut will no longer be an issue. Sensors are required to be at specific locations for safety reasons. Although we didn't charge for the additional brackets and labor, and we discounted the service call, we will be returning your service fee. We appreciate your family's business and will look forward to serving you in the future if needed.

Upon calling the company I was directed immediately to a customer rep and she set up my service tech to come to my house and diagnose my problem. Bill Adamini was our service tech, knowledgeable, personable and efficient. Came in and diagnosed the problem and made recommendations to correct the problem and minimize the possibility of future problems. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and was willing to talk through my options before making a decision. Overall an excellent experience and I would recommend the company, especially Bill, to any one that has garage door issues
